All of the institution's activities are directed and supervised by a Board of Directors, which is responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of the mission, overseeing operations, ensuring optimal use of resources, planning and participating in financial campaigns, designing short-, medium-, and long-term projects, and ensuring that objectives are met.

Monthly, this group meets in working sessions within the Institute to discuss and propose the various guidelines that ENLAC will follow to make the fulfillment of its mission increasingly efficient.
