Auditory Stimulation
Using sound waves, we stimulate specific areas of the brain to support the development of language, balance, coordination, and the ability to concentrate for longer periods.
This program consists of a series of sensory activities designed to stimulate seven areas of the brain that may be affected, helping to develop each child’s abilities:

These activities perfectly complement our physical and educational programs by promoting holistic development. Music, dance, and painting serve as powerful tools for self-expression, helping participants channel their emotions and feelings. For some, artistic expression has become the most impactful element of their development, greatly supporting their social inclusion.
Parents receive training to apply the ENLAC method at home, and their child's progress is assessed regularly.
For families living outside of Cuauhtémoc, Chihuahua, in-person training is provided so they can implement the method at home effectively.

This program uses horses as a therapeutic tool to support the physical and psychological well-being of children and young people at the ENLAC Institute. It helps improve motor skills, reduce behavioral challenges, and manage anxiety-related issues.

Swimming is one of the best exercises for strengthening the cardiorespiratory system. It helps children and young people oxygenate the brain while promoting physical and emotional development, independence, and self-esteem.
Our goal is for every participant to learn how to swim.
Through gymnastics practice, we promote discipline, concentration, coordination, strength, flexibility, and more. Additionally, this program supports neurological development by enhancing cognitive skills and memory.

Good health and proper nutrition are essential for supporting physical development and optimal brain function. That’s why all participants receive care from medical and nutrition professionals who monitor their health and guide parents on the importance of nutrition and personalized dietary plans.
This program aims to develop the skills needed for successful entry into the workforce. Through training and personalized coaching, participants are prepared to join local businesses or pursue self-employment in areas that match their abilities and personal goals. The ultimate goal is to help them generate their own income and enhance their independence, autonomy, and overall quality of life.
